I finally took some time and made some snack sticks.

Here is the kicker of the whole deal...I don't (didn't) like beef sticks much at all, and i ate a bunch of these.
I have been converted!

You know they're good when you make a convert out of someone - especially yourself! Good job!
I didn't like the last ones I made either...I need to use leaner ground beef. Mine were so greasy that I hated them. I will try again but I will trim a couple chuck steaks of all fat and grind myself.
