To register on the recipe site we only accept ISP issued E-mail address. This make my life a lot easier as it helps greatly to keep out the trouble makers. However, to use the site you do not have to be registered. But if you wish to post a hello or a recipe for consideration you have to be registered.

I have one of them too but don't use it unless I have to... 8) because of spammers and it cost me $5 to change it when they find it. So I'm not barred after all.

Outlook Express 6 on XP SP3. Used to use Outlook 2003 on XP SP3 at work when I had a job :-\
Thunderbird on OS X 10.4.11 and Thunderbird on Ubuntu 9.10 Desktop and Netbook Remix. Gmail too for email from wherever, whenever. Would not use Windoze on a dare...
Running Win7 Ultimate, Outlook and Chrome/Yahoo for webmail. Win7 is quite good compared to past versions. Try it before you trash it.
