Title: Roast Beef
Post by: stantonl on February 03, 2010, 10:17:53 PM
I did my first roast beef last night and it turned out great. The boys asked for seconds and wanted to make sure they would have some for lunch tomorrow. Had a thermometer issue but that is another story. I also wanted to say thanks to FLBentRider I followed the recipe you had in a post. For the life of me I have searched again and can't find that post.
