Title: First smoke in new home.
Post by: Smokey the Bear. on February 07, 2010, 06:51:40 AM
Decided to see if the insulation that i added to the outside of the smoker helped any. I decided to smoke some turkey necks as i find the meat so tasty and tender.

They were delicious and now i am ready for chicken and ribs for the Superbowl.

It was 7 F. It is 20 F today so it will help with the extra food,im doing 5 racks and two chickens for tonight. I think i will put them in separately though to help out.
