Bravo to our Canadian Friends for a very awe inspiring Olympic opening ceremony.

Boy isn't that the truth CRG... Man, that was one nasty accident. I really feel for the family and their fellow athletes.

Such a tragedy.  Vancouver showed a lot of grace and dignity by having a moment of silence in his honor.

We loved the opening ceremony, too.
The part with the whales swimming by was my favorite.
It was so sad for that young man to lose his life while fulfilling his dream.  :'(

Congrats to Hannah Kearney (USA), Jenn Heil (CAN), and Shannon Bahrke (USA) for winning the Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals respectively in the Women's Moguls event tonight.

That was the best opening ceremony I've seen yet.

I liked the fiddle, tapdance part.
