Title: Sunday Night Dinner
Post by: seemore on February 15, 2010, 10:10:33 AM
Marinated some shrimp in the Carolina Mustard BBQ sauce that we got from our Secret Santa.
Seemore grilled the shrimp, along with two bacon-wrapped filet mignons.
I found a recipe for a vinaigrette, which he made.  He then put some diced red onion and blue cheese crumbles in it.
He served the vinaigrette over the steaks, and I got out the cocktail sauce for my shrimp:

Seemore gets an email once a week from a chef named Derreck Riches.  He gave us the idea of the red onion/blue cheese vinaigrette.

It's gotta be bad timing on my part, but I just can't get an appetite on this one. Must be becuase my nephew got sick all over the side of my truck, and I'm getting visions. I'm sure it must be spectacular though.

Hey if I gotta suffer - you know what they say. Misery loves company.  ;D

Mrs. I'm sure it's good, I just can't get the image out of my head.
