Flight Aware lets you track, in almost real time, commercial airline flights, private aircraft if they are flying with a registered flight plan or flight activity at specific airports.
My wife is flying back to Alaska. I've been tracking her flight and know that she is about 20 minutes late into Anchorage. So if you have someone flying or know the tail number of your favorite rock star's Gulfstream, you can follow where they are.
