Do you own an Airstream trailer? I came cross this web site called http://www.longlonghoneymoon.com (http://www.longlonghoneymoon.com). This couple got married in 2007 and they went on their honeymoon in a 25 foot Airstream Classic travel trailer. They now travel around the country and Canada and film their travels and write a blog about their experiences. They have some good advice on the trailer life style and equipment. I enjoy watching the movies and reading the blog.
I WANT AN AIRSTREAM NOW TOO!!!
Ray
No Airstream. I have a 33' Cedar Creek fifthwheel.
My uncle owned an Airstream trailer. It was back in the 70's and at the time it was the only one that people would get to make it to Alaska and hold up on the rough roads. I don't know what happened to it but I know he had it for at least 25 years and made many multi month travels with it.
If you can find an old Airstream, they were seriously built to last...
Of course, the old ones were expensive when they were new - they're a good case of: "You get what you pay for".
If you really want a travel trailer - short of finding an old Airstream...
RV dealers are hurting BAD right now. You might get a new one for CHEAP.
If I was in the market, I'd make a very lowball offer - take it or leave it.
When people need CASH FLOW - selling at a loss ain't unusual.
