Ok this place is worse then the medical field with acronyms what does CT mean.  It took me a while to figure out what FTC was but no luck with CT.  Does anyone have a spreadsheet with a key on it.   :)

IG in the recipe site under FAQ there is a section about forum acronyms.

CT is a new one and is a mustard based cooking sauce.
