dont know whats wrong have tried different cords. Was plugged directly into the outlet. When the genrator is plugged in no blown breaker but when the element is plugged in breaker blows instantly. I have bacon that needs to go in ASAP but cant
Plug it back directly into the wall receptacle.

You have to have a direct short somewhere.
Have you been moving the generator around and maybe dropped it.
Look at this link, it will tell you how to open the generator.
Look inside and see if a wire is off or not seated good.

There are 25 screws on the back of your box.
Take those off and see if one of the 3 wires at bottom have come loose.
I ended up bypassing the bradley temp slide and hooking up my pid. working now bacon smoking niceley ;D ;D ;D ;D

Gives you a chance to figure out the problem and still get the bacon done.
I spoke with Bradley help desk today they are sending me a new temp switch board and front panel. Great service from them and just wanted to thank them here on the board. ;D

Bacon was good i will change a few things though when I make it again
