Looks good.
Did you poke some holes in that foil ?
Yes from underneath with a cob holder once in place in the smoker. It was 2 tbsp of both canadian maple syrup and butter with about 8-10 dashes of red hot sauce.
That party mix of nuts look and sound great.
I really have to try smoking some nuts sometime. I love the Blue Diamond Smokehouse chemical ones so I am sure the real thing would be great. I don't eat walnuts but love every other kind of nut I have tried.
Taking the jar with me today for the guys, will let you know how they lasted. ;)
Smokey, those look great!!!!
We just might have to try them.........
Mrs
They sure did disappear fast, i opened the jar and came back in 2 minutes and half was gone. Then they were all gone and they were asking what else i have for them.

Damn peanut pirates. ;D
One thing is for sure, i will have at least 1/3 of them using a smoker by the summer. I think that they are waiting for them to come on sale at Canadian Tire again.
