I just picked up my new 4 rack Digital Bradley Smoker last week, but have hardly had time to unpack it, yet alone use it.
I live in New West, B.C.. I originally bought it for smoking fish and sausage, but after reading some of the posts in this forum I think my first use is to make up a batch of pork ribs that are in the freezer waiting for something good to happen to them!

Family enjoyed it, no leftovers. Next time a little less smoke, and there will be a next time. We have an exchange student who thoroughly enjoyed the ribs. She was disappointed to find out that it was a whole day thing that I wouldn't be able to whip up after work!

Welcome abpard, another Cannuck, things are lookin up !
Quick tip and others may concur .....
Bones up in the Bradley. I find you get more value from the juices when the meat is slow cooking away and that
means more flavour
