Title: Getting the most of the Bradley
Post by: Hot Smoked on February 25, 2010, 05:15:22 AM
Have just joined the Bradley Smoker forum which looks like a great source of information on how we can get the most out of our Bradley Smoker. We bought a food smoker (a Charbroil) about 8 years ago and have been food smoking enthusiasts every since, so much so that we are now a reseller of a range of food smokers and accessories. We use both a Bradley 4 Rack Digital, as well as a ProQ hot smoker, depending on the task. But rather than just sell smokers, we also want to be able to help both customers and ourselves use them effectively. We use our Bradley regularly, but we're still learning and hope to learn lots more. Have just posted a question about cold smoking soft rind cheese but hope also we can help forum members with other queries as we've lots of trial and error smoking attempts!

My suggestion is to go over to our recipe site for ideas.  Also, if you purchase another  Bradley unit my 2-cents worth says to get the original and purchase a PID controler for it, and not another digital unit.
