Decided to make some of NePa's Andoulle, his  secret recipt is here on the forum but I can't find it at the moment, maybe he will be so kind to post it for you

Finished up, now I'll have to make some Gumbo to try it out

Wow that looks great!  Are those 1-1/2" fibrous casings?  Very nice job.

Oh and I also have Nepas Recipe if you haven't found it yet.  I am surprised that one didn't make it on the recipe site.  I have it pasted in a word document with all the pictures from Nepas.
