Title: Pulled Pork Nachos
Post by: seemore on February 27, 2010, 12:20:14 PM
Seemore smoked a Boston Butt last weekend.  Had some leftover pork, so he put some on a few tortilla chips, along with cheese, sliced jalapenos, and homemade BBQ sauce.
Voila!

Looks good June.  There's always a good use for left over smoked butt.

Thanks, Arnie!
Chris, Chef Scott said that you should use some of that brisket meat that was falling apart and put that on some tortilla chips with jalapenos and cheese and you would be THE MAN!
