Title: First completed smoke

Just completed my first smoke with my BDS & PID. 2 large racks of St Louis style ribs. As you guys say I feel in love with flavor of homemade BBQ. I have pictures but no way to post.  :-\

Thanks for sharing.  The ribs looked good.  I love it when some of the bones almost fall out of the meat.  TENDER!!!

Those look tasty and are already gone by now. The best thing about the bradley is you always enjoy it better than if you went out and bought someone else's food.

They didn't last long, Wish I had gotten a 6 rack now but couldn't pass up on the price. $260.00 from Cabela's cave. :P
