Good Day All,
Picked up a Digital 6 Rack from a distributor trade show in Edmonton last week.
Sourced some supplies at Bass Pro in Balzac today to get me started and did my
seasoning tonight for 2 hours (Hey 2 is better than 1 right?)
Learned not to breath in while opening the door (Yes I was over curious!) and when
washing the V plate to be very careful of the slat edges. I might require stitches
but for now I have my finger taped together.
Looking forward to all the new cooking possibilites.
Cheers,

Welcome Lumpy, enjoy the experience. :D
Welcome LumpyDVC - keep an eye on those fingers, you'll need them, especially to clean off the sauce from ribs!
Welcome to the forum #2.
Sprinkle some Jan's rub (good on everything) on those cuts and keep the smoke roll'n!
Welcome to the forum LumpyDVC, sorry to here about your fingers but with good food sometimes there are some small sacrifices we all have to make. ;D ;D
Welcome to the forum LumpyDVC, from one Canadian to another.

Welcome to the forum from Surrey B.C. You will love it here. My sister and BIL live in Red Deer. Hey don't forget to keep that vent open. 1/4 to 1/2 for most things and full open for poultry. Any questions are good questions. Besides it gives us something to talk about.
