I used 4 cheese Alfredo and cut it with 1% milk to thin it out, cooked the pasta . Steamed the broccoli and added the smoked salmon. To top it off i added fresh parmesan cheese. It was very rich but i liked it very much. I think next time i will use non whole wheat pasta and make the alfredo with 18% cream with garlic in a pan.
Mmmmmm. I'll bet was some good comfort food.
That looks great, I might have to try that with some of the salmon I have in the freezer.
Nicely done.
Man, does that look good. Thanks for sharing the dish.
That looks wonderful, Smokey!!!!

Looks amazing. I've just been to the fish market myself this morning, got talked into 20kg (!!) of salmon (long story; made sense at 4am :D) Anyway, around 8kg of it was brined all day today and is currently in my conservatory drying overnight for a Saturday smoke.
Been looking for some nice recipes to use it in, because although I do love it just on it's own, it's also nice to create something with it.
I like to eat it instead of chips sometimes. Plus i give lots of salmon to my friends cause they ask for it. I also trade food with a place that makes Jerk Chicken and other carribean dishes and we swap food. I am trying to find other ways of eating more fish to keep the wife happy as well.
