I have asked before no ansewer. I know they give a cooking area calculation but i need how much weight for a comparison. I have a four rack.

Sure . Sausage maker sells a 20 pound a 30 pound etc smoker. Lem sells a 20 pound smoker. These are all the amount of meat by weight they are designed for. I am just wondering what is a four rack Bradley in terms of weight.

I get about 25 or 26 lbs of salmon in my OBS.

I can get 32lbs of pork butt in my OBS.
