Just got done slicing up my last belly from the maple bacon smoke and half way through the slicing process I got derailed and when I came back to it I started slicing the belly a different direction. So I have 1/2 sliced with the grain and 1/2 sliced across the grain, so I was wondering how everybody slices there bacon?
