Pretty neat, you don't think that semi being loaded in the video would be going to PA? Nah never mind  ;D

Thanks for the article Bryan - interesting.

As they said, the sauce contains flour.  Take it from me.  DON'T bring it up to a boil in a pot.  The flour kicks in and you'll have something between real tight gravy or pudding!  So, I learned.  Using it as intended, it works great.  I gave my daughter some and she has since ordered up a gallon of it and uses it in everything as a slather.
