After several years of longing for a Bradley Smoker I pulled the trigger and placed the order tonight. In three to six days, my 6 rack digital smoker will arrive. We were planning to have our oldest son's graduation party catered by a local BBQ restaurant but I convinced my wife to let me purchase a Bradley and do it ourselves. Sweeeet!
I plan to hit the forum pretty hard in the coming days looking for tips and bisquette recommendations for a variety of meats. I feel like a kid on Christmas Eve!

any type of food, that can be smoked. Hang

Hi Nolan
Welcome. Just throw three or four butts into the smoker and that should be a good start for your sons graduation party.
Plenty of experts around to offer advice. This is a great forum.

Congrats on your smoke out!
Everything looks delish!
Welcome to the addiction Nolan! Great Site, Great Guys, Great Advice, Great Food. Have fun with that new DBS.
Welcome to the forum. You look like a pro already.
That shine reminded me of yesterday seeing a non-Bradley smoker at the store with a window in the front. All I could think of is after seasoning it you wouldn't be able to see through the glass. Kind of pointless I think and probably a good way to lose heat.
Welcome.. I too am down the road.. Macon, IL just south of Decatur.. purchased my smoker from Gander Mountain in Springfield
