I received my CT order today! That is the fast I have ever received anything that used USPS and Canada Post combined. Four bottles of it now in the wine cellar waiting for me to use them. Trying to figure what to do first. Unfortunately, I have a moonlighting contract this weekend and out for dinner for my sister's 50th birthday so will probably wait a week to try it. I'm thinking butt or brisket. I have never done either before but I have two whole pork shoulders in the freezer already.
Whatever you choose to use it on you wont be disappointed
