Cheese looks great. Nice finish color.

After I read about the remote start, I dug thru Christmas stuff and found

the  lite timer starter and moved it to the BBQ closet. ;D

Recycle. That was a great Idea.

It was a PIA getting the wax off.

It did not go quietly.

Uh oh, there's wax. Thought the cheese tasted kinda bland.  ;D I've only seen wax on Gouda, never swiss. You must have bought the good stuff.
