Post by: Jim O on March 06, 2010, 08:53:49 AM
Planning on doing some cheeze, then cranking up the temp, and putting in some pork tenderloin, thick cut pork chops, then a boneless turkey breast.

Never done chops .

Any suggestions ,please ?

I would rub up the chops and take them to an IT of 150F or so, smoking them @250F or as close as you can get.
