Hello all I joined awhile back but just now have the time to get back into the game.I have some experience but not a pro by any means. Just looking forward to some great recpies and doing mostly jerky and sausage.I really like to make Gumbo being from Louisiana so that is where most of the sausage will be used. So I am just checking in with you guys and am looking forward to being here.

Thanks everyone for the welcome. I do love to make some Gumbo the only problem is I do not have a recipe I just always use the same spices just do not measure anything. I will see what I can do. I will be making some next week.
