Title: tonight,s supper

It,s going to be a long weekend, I just finished supper for tonight but have lots more to smoke in the next few days.
This is a small butt roast about 3lbs for our family tonight. But I also have a brisket to put on later on for tomorrow and also have some polish sausage to put in when the brisket is done. If that all goes well I'm also going to make some snack sticks on sunday. I'll post the other stuff later on in the right areas when I get time.
