I was wondering if anybody has a really good way to clean the inside of the bradley or just let it go and build up?

Clean the racks, v-tray, water pan and bottom tray. Leave the inside get crusty and black, it smokes better that way.

And the vent!

I take the screw out the middle and give it a good scrub.

About every 5th smoke.

Also, if the inside starts to flake, crumble up a piece of newspaper and brush the loose particles off.

Excellent. More time to do anything but clean it!
