Title: cooktime on smoker

does the the cooktime only go to 9 hours? i am cooking a pork butt at 230 for about 20 hours or until the temperature inside the meat
is 197. help

If you're talking about the digital model, yes there is a time limit. You will have to re-set the time after it expires.

Or just reset it when you are on the way to bed and then you are good for another 9hrs of sleep.

Or everytime you walk out there and look at how good things are going, just run your time back up to max.
