Title: Digital Smoker timer problems
Post by: jreed01 on March 20, 2010, 02:30:42 PM
I just started up my 2 year old 6 rack digital smoker for the first time this season. When I attempt to set the smoke and oven timers, they max out at 4 hours. I can reduce the time, but am unable to advance to the usual 9 hours on the oven timer that I have used in the past. Any ideas or suggestions?

Give Bradley a call
They should be able to help you
Sounds like an electronic problem but I am by no means an expert

I have a a DBS and have not had any problems with mine

Called Bradley and they said to disassemble the smoke tower and clean the contacts on the control panel with a dry q-tip. The gal on the phone said that they are aware of smoke residue build up that can cause the control panel buttons to not function. Gonna try this fix this afternoon and will post the results.
