here we go again, Chicken Tonight OLDS style.
Started off with three decent sized chicken breast, 1/2 pound black forest ham
1/3 pound of monteray jack, and a few Swiss slices, and lousy store bought bacon.

after a little fight trying to roll it up with a limited supply of tooth picks.
had beer while the son went and picked a few more up for me

into the the smoker at 280 degrees , used four apple pucks on them,
total time in the smoker was 2 hours and 50 Min's temp on the digital was
sticking right around the 263 degrees with the vent open, not to bad for
30 degree weather here today.

the only spice on these was pepper and a little garlic powder.
Looks great! That was the first thing I made when I got my Bradley and for some reason I haven't done em a second time. Those delicious pictures are sure to change that!
