Going to smoke my ring bologna. Should I put as much in as I  can fit or do two smaller loads????

Are you hanging it or putting it on racks?    Either way put as much as you can in there but be sure they don't touch each other.   If you can't get it all in there then do 2 loads of approx. the same size.

If it were me I would do 2 equal sized loads.

If you try to max out your smoker it will take longer, you might have to rotate the product and you have the possibility of buildin up some condensation.
