Title: Thank you Bryan From Yard & Pool!!!!

I would just like to let everyone know about the GREAT customer service I received from Bryan.
I placed an order to Yard & Pool last Saturday for some bisquettes.  Lo and behold as the work week progressed, I did not realize until mid-week that I had not received any confirmation of my order.
I sent an inquiry to Yard & Pool, and was a little concerned since I had planned to smoke my Easter hams this Saturday.
Well, yesterday I received a reply from Yard & Pool, stating that the order would be received today, and was given a credit on the shipping.
And, tonight I received an IM from Bryan, apologizing for the inconvenience.  He contacted Bradley, and had the order shipped directly from Bradley to our home.
June works in Customer Service.  She does quality control, as a matter of fact.  She is a stickler for customer service.  She said that we received stellar customer service from Yard & Pool - and Bryan -  and wanted to let everyone know about it.
Thanks again Bryan!!!

Like you, I have inside and outside appliances, some with problems.  I've had a couple of problems with my OBS and called and spoke with Brian at Bradley.  Absolutely outstanding customer service, unlike the "other guys".  The service can't be beat!
