I just made that Caramel Cake that Paula Dean makes and I have to tell you. It is too darn good but soooo rich you only need a 1/4 slice!

Talk about butter!!!

It tasted like those pralines you get from the lady while waiting on the ferry to New Roads, only light and fluffy.
