Did up a bottom round the other day, turned out great but lost some of the pictures in never never land. This is really startin to piss me off, this aint the first time!

The rest of the pictures are gone, cant even find them on my computer.
I sliced it nice and thin, the meat had a nice color to it, almost pink and tasted excellent, very moist and tender. Needed more smoke though.

Was makin a sammie this mornin and thought I would snap a shot of what the beef looked like sliced up. I froze them in 1 lb bags, I get 3 sammies out of this.
