i just got a bds 4 rack and have done a hickory smoked chicken and 15 pounds of deer sausage hickory smoke and this thing is fricken awesome

hello 10.5, yeah ive been lurking for about a week before i got my smoker and i got to say it was the pics that convinced me to get one. The chicken i did for my first smoke was better then any of the big BBQ places in kansas city that ive had and the deer sausage was a hundred times better than the stuff i had commercialy done last year. doin ribs this friday and i cant wait

The hardest part is getting the family to wait while you take them pictures but it won't take that long to train them to wait. They will be asking "Did you take the D)*&^ picture yet so we can eat?" Experience talking

Good to here your first adventures with the Bradley were a hit, just dont tell anyone how easy this thing is to use.
