Title: Thanks, ronbeaux!
Post by: Ka Honu on April 01, 2010, 04:56:33 PM
Got hungry for a snack and started to heat up a cup of gumbo.  Then I got to thinking about ronbeaux's gumbo pizza (http://forum.bradleysmoker.com/index.php?topic=15081.msg179766#msg179766) but didn't have the right stuff.  I did, however, have tortillas, smoked jack, and jalapenos (always have jalapenos - buy them by the huge can).  Used a slotted spoon to drain some of the gumbo and, "Behold!", the gumbodilla:

Hot, fast, easy, and pretty good stuff (kinda like I was back in the day).
