Title: I'm ready for Summer are you?
Post by: Tenpoint5 on April 01, 2010, 08:22:27 PM
Since I was babysitting Nepas all day via cell phone. I figured I would be productive. So I made a couple of Brats and some garlic sausage just to pass the time away. I ended up doing 25 pounds of Brats with cheese and Beer and 10 pounds of Fresh Garlic Sausage. There is 98 Brats and 29 Garlic Sausages in the pic.( The Garlic is on the platter) There isn't that many now. My brother took some and we had some for dinner. The rest is stashed in the freezer waiting for their special day on the grill.

Wow, NePaS sure can talk. If he can distract you that much, just imagine what would happen if you didn't have call waiting.

QuoteSo I made a couple of Brats and some garlic sausage

I like your idea of a "couple" ;D ;D ;D Wanna fly to Canada and have a "couple" of Beers? :o :o :o

Very nice looking stack!

If Tiger Woods had kept his sausage that organized, he might not have got grilled as bad as he did!

Nice uniform bunch of sausages you got there. When I link sausage. I'm lucky if two turn out the same size out of the whole 35# batch.  ;D
