My son wanted me to send out a Happy Easter to all the forum members from Ramadi Iraq.

sausage and bologna both look great, just raised the temp to 160.

Rick, it took about ten hours but finally got it all done, emailed you some pics, plan to wait 2-3 days before cutting one up to try.
