Title: Suyi's email please
Post by: lumpy on April 06, 2010, 04:47:11 AM
My PID died on me this morning. Had to rip it out of the Hotel Bradley after all that great work >:(

Plugged it into a separate outlet and still no power.

Can anyone please give me Suyi's email and I can contact him.

Thanks in advance.

I emailed Auber in the general mailbox at 9:30 EST this morning and still waiting for a reply.
Some of the guys have emailed Suyi personally and that is probably what I need.

According to the web site, phone support is not available until April 11th.

I'm not impressed!

I should do that with my company......."phone support not available at this time"
