My tastebuds that is.
Tonight, my wife made porkroast in the crockpot with all the fixins.
All I thought about while eating it was how dry and crappy it was, and how I could smoke this thing to a MUCH, MUCH, MUCH closer version of perfection.
I had to pour BBQ sauce on it just to eat it.
Has the Bradley ruined me?

Welcome to the forum.
I don't want to reply in the negative, because I'm a coward, and my better half has just starting lurking on the site ::) Ouch!! That Bubba puck hurt!! Sorry, I'll be back in a bit after I get the ice-pack.
OK I'm back, ice pack is fitting perfectly over the undulation on my forehead.
However, I will say that you should be encouraged to share your smoking passion with your wife. A rule of thumb is that smoked food usually tastes better a day or so later. I'd suggest smoking your favorites first, gorging until you can't walk, and then letting your better half do her magic in the cooker later. It's all low and slow!!
This is a true story and is funny to read.
