Got 5 lbs of meat thawing for some summer sausage sticks. Will post my normal pics tomorrow.

He is summer sausage stick boy Kev....ya gotta admit that...but he's famous now....so...I get your point!!!!  ;D ;D ;D

Summer sausage sticks are gooood.

I always seem to have some left over meat when makin summer sausage and stuff it in 18 mm casings then cook with the big boys.
