The wife got a part time job this week so I decided to make her one of our "special" meals, fettuccine alfredo with chicken.

Looks really good, I like to make blackened chicken to go with the Alfredo sauce. I'm looking around for some adobo seasoning to try it out.

Picked up some of the Adobo seasoning a couple of weeks ago.  Wish I would have done it much earlier in my life.  Looks good!
