Title: Help Needed-puck advance
Post by: jkmejeep on April 15, 2010, 05:09:29 PM
I have a 1 1/2 year old digital smoker.  I have not used it for about 90 days.  When I loaded it with wood pucks it would not advance.  I cleaned out the assembly and it still did not work.  I cleaned out interior of box. I then checked all the wires and it still will not work.  I searched this forum and found picture of how to check micro switch.  I have done all of the above and cannot even get the mechanism to make a noise.  Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Thanks!

Do you have power going to the unit?

Maybe check the fuse.

Make sure the power cord is fully plugged in...
