Title: Name this (Pacific) fish..
Post by: squirtthecat on April 16, 2010, 04:24:43 PM

I fixed a few of these for dinner last night... (I did these ones, a cousin/friend did some Mahi Mahi)

These were left in our condo by the previous occupant/owner.  They had purchased them from a beach vendor..  So we have no idea what they were.   (they were red, about 1/2" thick, and very very very good)

Any ideas?

The lines and color in it remind me of a female sheephead.
