Title: Catnip
Post by: Oldman on April 17, 2010, 04:47:39 PM
I grow for the cats a couple times per year catnip. It is so funny as after 30 minutes or so (fresh catnip in a sock crushed up ) we have cats not only falling down sideways but walking into walls. About 10 minutes  back ole  Spoofer ran into and smacked his head on the dog gate. I don't remember ever laughing this hard as I will be hang if he did not back up and smacked his head again on that gate.

I know I'm  a BAD gardener....but I got two happy cats at the moment.  ;D

Cats have all the luck.  It takes me a lot more than one sock of turtle nip before I start acting like that.  I guess if I limited myself to a couple of times a year, my tolerance might be lower, but as it stands it usually requires about half a bottle of scotch.

There was a time when I was a scotch drinker... today it is Brandy and Cognac with a beer or two to chase them.

It now over 2 am and one of the cat has wrapped himself around that sock... too funny uh?
