I am interested in learning more about smoking and cold smoking. I am a machinist, welder and metal fabricator. I have a Traeger mod BBQ150 downdraft and a 075 mod downdraft and a Mak two Star. I built a cold smoke generator, smoked salt, paprika, and some hard boiled eggs so far. Looking forward to learning alot more.
