Title: 2nd PID question- Multiple sensors

Hi-- sorry to bother you guys again, but how do you set this up for multiple sensors such as one to go in the meat and the other for the surrounding air?

I've heard people install up to the maximum of three sensors to tightly control their heating environment and was curious as to how this worked.
