I think he's done that once or twice before ;). That stuffer works pretty well too. Would love to have one that you didn't have to crank by hand.

Other than the little twist at the start of the links, that is how I do it. Just kidding, pretty impressive.

I am a newbie here and to sausage making. Looking forward to learing some stuff.
