Title: Smoked Chicken Wings
Post by: Remington on May 15, 2005, 10:39:55 PM
I love wings done in the Bradley Smoker. I take whole wings and inject them with cajun injector Honey BBQ Bacon. I then smoke them with Hickory for 3 1/2 to 4 hours at 220F. Best wings I've ever eaten.

I have also just used a rub and smoked them and they are awesome. I have some in the smoker right now.

I did some wings today also. I've never injected, but it sounds good. I don't know if I have the patients to be injecting each wing [:)].

It's actually very easy. It only takes seconds to do each wing. Plus you can really play with the flavors.

REM,

I have done the same thing.  Really works great and too stinking easy.  I run the needle down the side of the bone and fill'r up.  If you don't get too wild, the fluid really stays in there well.
